Join us in our studio Mondays at 6:30-7:30pm for an all-levels flow created to incorporate mobility, strength, breathwork and sound. The studio is located at 486 White Mountain Hwy Suite E Conway, NH.
Barn Yoga
A community gathering, Barn Yoga in Eaton, NH. This class is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and meets every Wednesday evening from 6–7 PM, beginning May 6th and continuing throughout the season into October.
Classes are held in a beautiful hand-crafted timber frame barn, set on a beautiful farm nestled in the mountains of Eaton, NH. Come enjoy a peaceful evening of movement and connection in a truly special and unique setting surrounded by nature.

From complete beginners to seasoned yogis, we welcome all levels and will thoughtfully design a session that aligns with your intentions. We can travel to your location for added convenience. Private 1:1 Fitness Sessions
Our one-on-one movement sessions are thoughtfully curated to support your unique body and goals. Each session begins with a postural assessment to identify imbalances, strengths, and areas needing support. From there, we design a customized movement plan that may integrate yoga, strength training, functional fitness, and breathwork. Whether you're looking to build stability, increase mobility, or simply feel more aligned in your body, these sessions are crafted to help you move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence.
