Your personalized program will begin with:
A Comprehensive Integrative Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultation- we'll assess your current habits and lifestyle choices to provide tailored recommendations to support your wellness goals.
Assisted Stretching and Bodywork- We utilize bodywork techniques and assess postural imbalances and range of motion to enhance your overall mobility, reduce pain, and promote a sense of physical ease and comfort.
Customized Strength and Yoga Movement a short movement flow will be crafted to support your body's individual requirements, promoting strength, flexibility, and vitality.
Reiki (Energy Work)- To further harmonize your energy, we will integrate reiki into your experience, clearing blockages, releasing stagnant energy and promoting a sense of balance and alignment.
Sound Healing- The experience culminates with sound that creates vibrations and frequencies which travel through the body, influencing cells, organs and energy systems. This interaction can help to realign the nervous system and stimulate healing.
