Grain-Free Sticky Granola


Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine seeds, nuts, coconut flakes, and dried fruit in a bowl. Chop larger pieces into smaller sizes. Melt coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan on medium heat for 3 minutes or until well combined. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Then add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to coat. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool for about 20 minutes or until hardened. Store in an air-tight container or mason jar for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy! Feel free to get creative with the ingredients.
