Inspiring people to establish healthy roots through community, movement, meditation, massage, and breath.
About Erin
My background in wellness began at the University of Maine, where I studied Parks, Recreation, and Tourism with a focus on Outdoor Education. I later earned a Master’s in Kinesiology, which deepened my understanding of movement, anatomy, and human performance.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise through certifications in yoga, massage therapy, Reiki, integrative nutrition, breathwork, craniosacral therapy, and chiropractic assisting. I’m also a Registered Maine Guide in sea kayaking and teach Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, and Myofascial Lines at Washington County Community College.
My work integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic approach—supporting clients through movement, bodywork, and nervous system regulation to promote lasting wellness.
